The Yuinon believes that as God pours out His spirit and draws men unto Himself, it can’t be business as usual for many churches. This means where the “traditions of men, have rendered God’s word to no affect” by doing what they’ve always done, and failing to reach out beyond their four walls, things have to be different.

The soldiers that will be added to the body, pulled from various neighborhoods, snatched from the clutches of deadly street life will be a different breed of Christian indeed. It has already begun, several Yuinon members and people that you may know have this type of testimony. Our churches must be prepared to minister to this generation. Those of us who understand hip-hop can equip churches that can’t, don’t and are afraid to engage the culture or embrace those who come out of it.

Through our seminars the Yuinon can empower your youth by exposing the content of secular hip-hop and explaining biblically why they need to “guard their hearts.” For young people with talents and who aspire to use their gifts for Kingdom purposes, we can help lay a solid foundation to help them sharpen their skills and consecrate them to the Lord. For youth workers and lay leaders we can help you better understand this culture and show you how hip-hop can be a ministry tool. Each seminar will consists of a multi-media presentation and include a live performance by a local member of The Yuinon where scheduling permits. There is no set fee for these seminars as we trust that the Holy Spirit will instruct churches who secure our services for their congregation to give as He leads them.
